He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin E. Specht and Helen R. Specht (Charles). He is survived by: his wife Cathy J. Specht (Koch); his daughters, Carin Carl (Dave) of Mechanicsburg and Trisha Hoefel (Kyle) of O'Fallon, MO; his sister Rebecca Fenstermacher of Mechanicsburg; and his grandchildren, Celsie, Cylie, David Carl, Carson and Riley Hoefel.
The family will provide the flowers and suggest memorial contributions to Montoursville Willing Hand Hose Fire Co. or to Montoursville Presbyterian Church.
