It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hailey L. Bilbay of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brothers, Caleb and Dylan Bilbay; her grandparents, Janet Bower, Joseph Luxenberger, Floyd and Shelly Bilbay; and her close friend Carly.
