He is survived by: his wife Jean Parks; his children, Lance Parke (Denise) of Elimsport and Denise Fuller (Daniel) of Dunnellon, Fla.; his granddaughter Brandy Moon (Justin); his great grandchildren, Daniel and Lance Moon; his siblings, Dale Parke (Christine) of Montoursville and Sue Damaska (Dan) of Montoursville; and his sister-in-law Ann Parke of Montoursville.
