She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Blair and Betty Blair (O'Dwyer). She is survived by: her husband David L. Ricker; and her siblings, Edward Blair, Daniel Blair of Williamsport, Francis Joseph Blair (Susan) of Rahway, NJ and Roberta Updegraff (Mark) of Linden. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
