He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Keeler and Martha Keeler (Foust); and his brother Richard Keeler. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Keeler of Montoursville; his children, Christina Baier of Montoursville, Donna McCarty of Forksville, Kathleen Silver (James) of Montoursville and H. C. Frederick Keeler, Jr. of Muncy; his grandchildren, Jamie McCarty, Logan McCarty, Sara Baier, Maggie Baier-LaBelle, Gene Baier, Jameson Keeler, Jasmine Silver and Daxston Silver; and his brother Samuel Keeler (Diane) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cherry Grove Chapel (171 Elk Lick Rd, Muncy Valley, PA 17758).
