It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances L. Strayer of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 20, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Sones and Mary Helen Sones (Ritter); and her husband Charles A. Strayer. She is survived by: her children, DeEtta L. Gravvanis (Ali) of West Caldwell, NJ and Bryan R. Sholtis (Amanda) of Enola, PA; and her grandchildren, Julien O. H. Lassance, Ashley N. Sholtis, Evan B. Sholtis and Mackenzie S. Smith.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
