Frances K. Maggs Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fullmer and Eisabell Fullmer (Zuber); her husband David G. Maggs; and her sisters, Faye Nelson and Peggy Veintemillas.
She is survived by: her children, David R. Maggs (Allison) of Blaine and Heather Carnahan of Williamsport; her grandchildren, Renee Carnahan, Max Carnahan and Mattie Ott; and her siblings, Charles Fullmer of Grand Rapids and Betty Heckman of Williamsport.
