He was predeceased by: his parent Lloyd V. Bird; his wife Arlene Bird; his daughter Vickie M. Bird; and his siblings, Barbara Chagnon, Dorothy Laedlein, Jane Moore and Waldo Bird.
He is survived by: his parent Marion McCarty Bird; and his children, Alison Cardone of Montoursville and Darryl Bird (Wendy) of Watsontown.
Interment will be in Montoursville Cemetery In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Montoursville Presbyterian Church, 205 Tule Street, Montoursville, PA 17754.
