It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Welker of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clair E. Delker; her parents, Raymond Eddinger and Myrtle M. Eddinger (Whitman); and her brothers, Clyde Eddinger and Harold Eddinger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria L. Martin (Edward) of Boalsburg and Carol M. Gliem of Berwick. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
