With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Eugene Erdley of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, born in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 10, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Erdley and Mary Erdley (Griffith); his brothers, Harold Erdley and Larry; his sister-in-law Karen Erdley; his sister Janet; his brother-in-law Harold Herman; and his grandson Alexander.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Hartman; his daughters, Nicole Erdley of Watsontown, Renee Eakin (Todd) of Lincoln University and Yvette Erdley (Benjamin Gough, Jr.) of Montoursville; his sister-in-law Mim; his grandchildren, Diana, Brenna, Jacob, Joshua, Tyler and Sophia; and his great grandchild Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in David's memory may be made to UPMC Susquehanna Homecare and Hospice (make checks payable to Susquehanna Health Foundation and mail to 1001 Grampian Boulevard, Williamsport, PA 17701), or to a local animal rescue organization.
