It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David J. Allen of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Galen Allen; and his aunts, Helen Seewald and Mildred Allen. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Cohen; his son Michael Allen (Kari) of Naples, Fla.; his grandchildren, Daniel Allen of Atlanta and Leah Allen of Hoboken, N. J.; his siblings, James "Jim" Allen (Mary) of Duboistown and Gale Nuss of Williamsport; and his nephews, Christopher Allen (Melissa) of Milford, N. J. and Matthew Allen of Duboistown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
