It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles W. Kuhns of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Kuhns and Ella Kuhns (Fry); his wife Ella J. Wagner; his great grandchild Layne Charles Shaffer; and his siblings, Thomas Kuhns, Mary Leavy, Clara Brooks and Norma Harris.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara R. Shaffer (David) of Montoursville; his grandsons, Kenneth Shaffer (Teresa) of Montoursville, Timothy Shaffer of Montoursville and Zachary Shaffer (Ericka) of Trout Run; his great grandchildren, Christopher Shaffer, Rachel Shaffer, Ericka Shaffer, Brendon Shaffer, Adrian Shaffer, Cadence Shaffer and Rylynn Baver; his nephew Roy Schultz Jr.; and his friends, Steve Bender (Pat Doebler), Café and Christina Ketchum.
