It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Libby Sr. of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 17, 2021, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Libby and Laura Libby; his wife Virginia P. Fullmer; his son Thomas Libby; and his siblings, Dorothy Wilson, Naomi Carnes and Robert Libby.
He is survived by: his children, Charles A. Libby II (Marilyn) of Montoursville, Robert A. Libby of Williamsport and Debra A. Lehman of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Kimberly Dempsey (Scott), Kurt Libby (Blythe), Adam Libby and Ben Lehman; and his great grandchildren, Brennen, Mason, Tobyn and Jax.
The family will provide the flowers and suggests contributions be made to the Veteran's Memorial Park, 102 W 4th St, Williamsport, PA.
