He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wacker and Bernadine R. Wacker (Holt); his wife Della L. Lewis; his brother Robert Wacker; his daughter-in-law Rose Wacker; and his grandson Seth Myers.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Pennycoff (Cathy), Diane Hess (Dave), Steven Wacker (Deb), Marilyn Myers (Shawn) and Richard Wacker; and his siblings, Joyce, Mable, Doris and Tim Wacker. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 14 step great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Charles' name to the Faith United Methodist Church, 700 Fairview Dr, Montoursville, PA 17754.
