She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald E. Perry; her parents, Edmund Clifton Johnson Sr. and Gertrude Lucille Johnson (Miller); her son Mike; and her siblings, Lucille, Edmund C. Johnson, Jr., Lois M. Kline and James F. Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Yale (Dale) of Montoursville and Carolyn Perry (Lyn) of Williamsport; her grandson Jacob Golbitz of Williamsport; and her sisters, Wanda English of South Williamsport and Dr. Nancy Farhat of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
