It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Steven Ney of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, born in Lykens, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Annabelle Ney (Wiest); his wife Donna Burns; his sons, Douglas Ney (Leslie) of Milton and Matthew Ney (Kimberly) of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; and his grandchildren, Ethan and Isabella.
