Phillips (Montoursville, Pennsylvania), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 31, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Birch Phillips and Nelcele Phillips (Grady); and his sister Patricia Kohen. He is survived by: his spouse Annmarie Smith; his children, Douglass Knapsack (Bill) of Montgomery, Trey Phillips (Judy Hakes) of Muncy and Christopher Phillips (Suzannah) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Molly Knapsack (Brett Harbison), Emily, Bailey, Abby Knapsack, Bryce, Kayla, Bryanna Phillips and Valerie Kane (Mike); and his great grandchildren, Alice Fessler, Birch and Wilbur Harbison.
