Rosencrans of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Rosencrans (Barbara) of Montoursville; her grandchildren, Ashley, Adam, Hannah and Casey Rosencrans; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Carter and Bella Rosencrans.
