She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Forrest and Marjory Forrest (Utter); her former husband John J. Baker Sr.; her husband Gary R. Winslow Sr.; her grandson Darryl "D. J." Richards; and her brother Harold Forrest.
She is survived by: her children, Sheri Baker Johnson (Tony), Johnnie Baker Jr. (Kathy) and Julie Baker (Jerome) of Williamsport; her grandchildren, Christin, Christopher, Jessyca, Ethan, Amber, Morgan and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Jayceon and Mulén; and her siblings, Harlan Forrest (Laurie), George Forrest of Sayre and Bonnie Cecce of South Waverly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
