She was predeceased by: her parent John Francis; and her siblings, Jack, Jim, Jerry, Larry, Rose Kattner and Patricia Devitt.

She is survived by: her spouse Richard; her parent Isabel Farrell (Conarty); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Farrell, Kathy Farrell, Dorothy Benyo, Lorraine Szukics and Norbert Herman.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Kay's memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
