Sampsell (Kathy) of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Kelsey Smith (Frank), Michael Sampsell and Emily Sampsell; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Kyler and Barrett Smith; his siblings, Robert Sampsell (Hilda), Patricia Hoffman of New Columbia, Donna Kroh of Hegins and Judy Deem of Montgomery; and his niece Darla Schaffer.
