He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel A.; his wives, Marie K. Dershem and Betty Wagner Bastian; his son David Dotts; and his siblings, Elwood Dotts, Richard Dotts, Renny Dotts and Betty Rother.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Dotts (Bastian); his children, Russell Bastian (Linda) of Milton, Ronald Bastian (Helen) of Florida, Ricky Bastian of White Deer and Rebecca Rearick (Robert) of Milton; and his brother Samuel E. Dotts of Montgomery. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
The family will provide flowers and ask that in lieu of flowers, donations in William's honor be made to Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1125 Mahoning St., Milton, PA 17847 or to the charity of the donors choice.
