He is survived by: his stepmother Phyllis Maneval; his children, Toma D. Cappella (Stephen Donohue) of Greenville, SC, Jeffery A. Maneval of South Williamsport, Lisa M. Maneval of Benton and Robert E. Shifflet of Montoursville; and his brothers, Michael T. Maneval (Sally) of Liberty and Craig Maneval (Julie) of Montoursville. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren.
