He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Sr. Winder and Mildred M. Winder (Hill); and his siblings, George M. "Red" Winder Jr. of Montgomery, Wilbur E. "Butch" Winder and Barbara Winder.
He is survived by: his wife Jayneen Frank; his children, Jeffrey L. Winder (Kandi) of Watsontown, Tammy S. Gow (John) of Chenango Forks, N. Y. and Tricia D. Loreman (Fred) of New Columbia; his sister Norma L. Winder (Randy Pfleegor) of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Colton A. Loreman, Makayla J. Loreman and Korey W. Reedy; his great grandchild Hudson W. Reedy; and his sister-in-law Luella Winder of Montgomery. He is also survived by three step-sons; 11 step-grandchildren; and 12 step-great-grandchildren.
