He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Bennett and Ella Bennett (Hill); his wife Ruth L. Bennett (Marshall); and his son Marlon L. Bennett, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth G. Bennett (Mary) of Montgomery, Ronald E. Bennett of Montgomery and Charlotte A. Murphy (Michael) of Allenwood. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
