She was predeceased by: her father Harold Wertz; and her stepdaughter Leeanne Pick. She is survived by: her mother Betty Wertz (Rohrbach) of Montgomery; her husband Gary L. Shook; her daughter Paula C. Stahl of Lewisburg, PA; her stepdaughter Amy Zimmerman (George) of Milton, PA; her siblings, Brenda Roan (Timothy) of Turbotville, PA, Lanny Wertz (Sharon) of Montgomery, PA and C. Thomas Wertz (Patricia) of Harrisburg, PA; her granddaughters, Chelsy Felton, Carly Stahl and Cortney Elliott; and her stepgranddaughter Sheena Warren.
