She is survived by: her children, Christopher Mathis, Charles, Kevin, Mohammed, Damon, Drew, Benjamin Reese, Margaret Mathis, Jonette Patterson and Theodora Reese; and her grandchildren, Nichole Hyman, Richard Owens, Shawn, Da'Shawn, Jonesco Patterson, Jean-Anne Mathis, Annie and Mia O'Neil. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
