In loving memory of Jennie N. Aunkst of Montgomery, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on April 8, 2025 at the age of 95. Jennie leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin C. Newcomer and Martha V. Newcomer (Oberlin); her husband Leon E. Aunkst; her brother Elwood Newcomer; her great grandchild Ella A. Aunkst; and her stepgrandson James Tsao.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Tsao (Hai) and Keith Aunkst (Kathy); her grandchildren, Tami Volpe (Frank), Logan Fisher, Brian Aunkst (Kelly), Nicholas Aunkst (Ashley) and Clay Aunkst; her great grandchildren, Kyle, Acacia, Kade Derrick, Curt Vermeulen (Jackie), Nicholas, Morgan, Megan, Madeline Fisher, Jocelyn Aunkst and Charley Aunkst; and her great great grandchildren, Gavin, Lucy, Jackson Vermeulen, Aleigha, Octavia Garrison and Aurora Phillips.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Elimsport (16818 PA-44, Allenwood, PA 17810).
In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the church.
