He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Shook and Virginia Shook (Fair); his wife Lana D. Wertz; his daughter Leanne Pick; and his brother Glenn Shook.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy; his son-in-law George Zimmerman of Milton; his siblings, David Shook of Hilliards, Ronald Shook of Parker, Joseph Shook of Gastonia, NC, Daniel Shook of Cranberry, Sally Roudebush of Chicora, Debbie Osier of Shippenville and Tammie Shook of Parker; and his granddaughters, Sheena, Chelsy, Carly and Cortney.
The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions in Gary's name be made to LAPS, 630 Wildwood Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
