Bartlow of Montgomery, Pennsylvania, born in Hughesville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott J. Umpstead and Edna J. Umpstead (Miller); her husband Walter E. "Wink" Bartlow, Sr.; her son Walter E. Bartlow, Jr.; and her sister Shirley Applegate.
She is survived by: her children, Ann M. (Wayne LaForme) of Montgomery and Scott L. (Cindy Bartlow) of Watsontown; her brothers, Eugene "Gene" Umpstead of Montgomery and Robert "Bob" (Claudia Umpstead) of Texas; and her grandchildren, Laura Kitner, Jake LaForme, Misty LaForme, Chad LaForme, Jill Walter, Tony "Rocky" Bartlow and Lindsay Smith. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
