She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Spaeth (Bower); and her sister-in-law Roberta "Noot" Spaeth. She is survived by: her father Clarence Spaeth of Nisbet; her husband John F. "Jack" LaForme; her children, Jordan LaForme (Sonja) of Montgomery, Aleaha Parrish (Ryan) of Carlisle, Nichol Ernst (Rich) of Sumter, S. C and Nana; her grandchildren, Carson Ernst, Sidney Ernst and Lennox LaForme; and her brothers, Mike Spaeth of Nisbet and Rick Spaeth (Bonnie Crawford) of Montgomery.
