He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Wetzel and Mary Louise Wetzel; his stepfather Sherman Denius; his brother Barry Wetzel; and his grandson Matthew Rich.
He is survived by: his significant other Connie Wetzel (Schelb); his brother Wayne Wetzel (Lauree) of Milton, PA; his sister-in-law Kay Wetzel of Selinsgrove, PA.; his children, Lisa Strouse (Brian) of Montgomery, PA, Christopher Wetzel (Carla) of Austin, TX and Kimberly Harer (Kenny) of Montgomery, PA; his stepdaughter Cynthia Sylvester (Dennis) of Myrtle Beach, SC.; his grandchildren, Shea, Megan, Alexis, Stephen, Alyssa, Kaylie, Crisena, Maddily, Derek and Farron; and his great grandchild Nova.
