He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wells and Sylvia Cohick Roan; and his siblings, Helen, Robert, Richard, Carl and Donald Roan (Liberty).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Drake Roan; his children, Melinda (Mindy), Steis (Gary) of Melbourne, FL, Michael T. (Laura) of Williamsport, PA and Charles C. Roan, Jr. (Denise) of Cogan Station, PA.; and his grandson Bill. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
The military honors will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Green Lawn Memorial Park (62 PA-54, Montgomery, PA 17752). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at the same location.
In recognition of Chuck's love of pets, the family is requesting that donations be made to: Luke's Hidden Haven, 915 Harrington Road, Ulster, PA 18850, an animal sanctuary dedicated to rescue, protect, and cherish dogs, and to permanently shelter those that have been physically and /or mentally abused and designated unadoptable.
