He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Larue Guisewhite and Bonnie Cromley (Hakes); his sister Heather Mae; and his stepfather Thomas Cromley. He is survived by: his wife Michele Guisewhite (Bergman); his children, Brandi Arnold (Justin) of Texas, Jessi Guisewhite (Justin Dunlap) of Pa, Theophanea Shank (Katy) of Maine and Zachary Bergman of Pa; and his siblings, Robin Hauck (Mike), Christopher Cromley (Lynelle) and Lisa Singleton (Steve). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, a great granddaughter.
