He was predeceased by: his parent Eva Howard (Catagnano). He is survived by: his parent Walter G. Howard, Sr.; and his wife Sandy Whitson Howard. He is also survived by 7 granddaughters, 6 grandsons, 1 great grandson, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends.
