He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred DeFalco and Giovanna DeFalco; his son Richard A. DeFalco II (Amy); and his wife Yvonne A. DeFalco. He is survived by: his children, Deneen A. McCollum (Pat) and Danielle J. DeFalco (Brandon); his grandchildren, Patrick (Molly), Nicholas (Heather), Evan, Ethan, John, Garrett, Joseph, James, Jolene and Emma; and his great grandchild Liam.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard's name can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
