Lebedynsky (Jeffries) of Mont Clare, PA; his children, Donald J. Lebedynsky, Patricia A. Lebedynsky and Kathy A. Lebedynsky-Pencak; and his grandchildren, Lauren B. Dail, Austin J. Pencak and Gavin R. Pencak.
