She was predeceased by: her parent Raymond K.; and her siblings, Clarence Meyers, Shirley Suders and Robert Meyers. She is survived by: her parent Grace P. Trout Meyers; her husband Wilton J. Moats; her daughters, Stacy Rowe (Bradley) of Shippensburg and Heather Mong (Travis) of Sarasota, FL; her grandchildren, Cody Bakner, Joshua Rowe and Allison Rowe; and her brother Richard Meyers of Mont Alto.
