He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rhoda Benshoff, Robert and Betty Stoops. He is survived by: his mother Karen R. Hoover; his stepfather Ryan E. Hoover (William A. "Bill" Stoops) of Waynesboro; his daughter Faith Stoops of Fayetteville, PA; his siblings, Shannon L. Wise of Waynesboro, PA and Brian A. Stoops of Chambersburg, PA; and his grandfather Clayton R. Benshoff of Mont Alto, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
