We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2021, at the age of 74, Phyllis L. Richardson of Mont Alto, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin L. "Ted" Freeman, Sr. and Evelyn Pearl Freeman (Wagaman); and her brothers, Franklin L. "Johnny" Freeman, Jr., Arnold L. Freeman, Joseph A. Freeman and Stephen A. Freeman.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas C. Richardson; her daughters, Gail Tracey (Robert) of Waynesboro and Sarah Hege (Jamie) of Mercersburg, PA; her grandchildren, Aaron Tracey, Joel Tracey, Karleen Hall, Kacey Brechbiel and Izzy Brechbiel; and her siblings, Joyce I. "Susie" Izer of Waynesboro, Ruth A. "Toodie" Farrar of Chambersburg, Christine M. McClure of Waynesboro, Donald R. Freeman of Waynesboro, Dennis E. Freeman of Greencastle, Daniel E. Freeman of Shinglehouse, PA, Michael L. Freeman of Waynesboro, Timothy W. Freeman of Waynesboro and Thomas W. Freeman of Waynesboro. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
