It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jane A. (Monn) Shaffer of Mont Alto, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 29, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Monn and Molly M. Monn (Dull); her husband Wilson M. Shaffer, Sr.; her daughter Sarah Jane Miner; and her siblings, Woodrow Monn and Tressie Green.
She is survived by: her children, Wilson Shaffer, Jr. (Pam) of Palmyra, PA and Brenda Myers (Geary) of Waynesboro, PA; and her grandchildren, Jill Colbert, Lara Kerns, Crystal Knepper, Suzanne Byers and Jeffery Miner. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
