He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Glen and Marilyn Joyce Shaffer Brant; and his brothers, Mark, Thomas and Brian Brant.
He is survived by: his brothers, Kevin Brant (Nellie) of Sierra Vista, AZ and John Brant of Fairfax County, VA; and his close friend Heidi Steiner of Olanta, PA.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews.
