He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman R. Barlup and Vera Barlup (Greenawalt); and his sister Cynthia A. Phenicie. He is survived by: his wife Jean Barlup (Fitz); his children, John R. Barlup (Thanpicha) of Savannah, GA, Barry B. Barlup (Egle) of Savannah, GA, Jason W. Barlup of Mercersburg, PA and Kathleen L. Rook (Derek) of Martinsburg, WV; his stepdaughter Jennifer D. Dennis (Christopher) of Waynesboro; his siblings, Cheryl Shew of Gettysburg, PA, Terry D. Barlup (Jessie) of Lillington, NC, Rhonda Middlekauff of Winchester, VA and Jeffery M. Barlup (Brenda) of Chambersburg, PA; and his former wife Lola Green of Ferrum, VA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
