Kaiser of Monroeville, Pennsylvania, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William L. Kaiser and Miriam T. Kaiser; and his wife Helen Carolyn Moffitt Kaiser. He was also cherished by his wife are several nieces and nephews and cousins.
