He was predeceased by: his brother Andrew D'Andries; his stepfather Robert Arnold; his aunt Linda Cummings; and his uncle Steve Repass (MaryEllen). He is survived by: his wife Vicky D'Andries; his daughter Sara Jean D'Andries; his mother Cathey Arnold; his brother Daniel D'Andries; his father-in-law Mike Berryman; his siblings-in-law, Marla D'Andries, Valerie Boles (Mark), Erin Read and Michael Berryman; his uncles, Michael D'Andries (Debbie), Paul D'Andries (Maryjane), Andrew Kapolka (Jamie) and Eric Kapolka (Michele); his aunt LouAnn Kapolka; his nieces and nephews, Josie D'Andries, Larissa DiPiazza, Cheyenne Parquet, Isabella D'Andries, Allen Kane, Matt, Chad Boles, Kelsee and Trevor Berryman; and his pets, Callie and Peetie. He is also survived by many other cousins, friends.
