He was predeceased by: his spouse Marty Maxwell Urch; his parents, John Urch and Ruddell Urch of Ligonier; and his brother John. He is survived by: his children, Scott E. Urch (Ann) and Jennifer Urch Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Jeffery Urch, Amanda Mitchell, Samantha Urch and Austin Mitchell.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Presbyterian Church of Plum Creek (550 Center New Texas Rd, Plum, PA 15239).
