He is survived by: his wife Alice O'Neill (Staab); his sons, Michael O'Neill (Cindy) and Timothy O'Neill (Becky); his grandchildren, Thomas IV (Roxanne), Amanda, Rachel (Jeff), Christopher, Jonathan, Dakota and Stephen; and his great grandchild Landon.
