She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefan Krakovsky and Anna Krakovsky (Paulovkin); her husband Vincent Rafeew; and her siblings, Helen Golovich (Steve), Irene Witzorreck (Otto), Joan Gorham, Robert Krakovsky (Lynette), Edward Krakovsky, Steven Krakovsky, Esther Pawlak and Joseph Krakovsky (Irene).
She is survived by: her children, Michael Rafeew, Gerald Rafeew (Lauren), Vincent Rafeew (Cynthia) and Christine Gamber (Steve); her sister Claudia Blaszkiewicz; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Gorham, Raymond Pawlak and Kitty Krakovsky. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
