He was predeceased by: his parents, George Felter and Mary Felter (Strider); and his brother Wayne Felter. He is survived by: his brother Ronald Felter (Kathie) of Durham, NC; his sister-in-law Christine of North Huntingdon; and his aunt Dolores Dorst of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bernadette Catholic Church (245 Azalea Dr, Monroeville, PA 15146).
