He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Stokes and Margie Rhodes Stokes; his wife Peggy Ann Lightfoot Stokes; his son Ryan B. Stokes; and his brother Ronald Stokes.
He is survived by: his daughter Paige Strasbaugh (Kevin) of Churchill; his sister Phyllis Berwick (Jim) of Texas; and his grandson Elliot Strasbaugh.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the E. C. Finney Funeral Home, Inc. (235 Monongahela Ave, Glassport, PA 15045). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
